Urgent maintenance work on the central Matrix42 database of the ITMC

Urgent maintenance work will be performed on the central Matrix42 database of the ITMC in the period from 04-05.10.2023. Affected systems are the Matrix42 ticket system, the Empirum software distribution, and the Fast Viewer Remote Session Tool.

On 04.10.2023, the listed systems will not be available or only partially available in the period from 8 a.m. to presumably 4p.m. Afterwards, temporary restrictions may occur in the mentioned period.

Faults received during this period will be temporarily stored and transferred to the Matrix42 system after a successful update.
