New team leader of the ITMC Service Desk appointed

Sebastian Schwendt has been appointed as the new team leader of the Service Desk.

 

Before his involvement as a first-level supporter here at the ITMC, he most recently organized first and second level support at a service provider. He also supported IT system electronics technicians in their vocational training as a trainer. He takes on this role in a team of dedicated specialists who are committed to providing our users with the best possible service every day.

We congratulate Mr. Schwendt on his new position.
