(Update) Maintenance work on the central ticket system of the ITMC

Maintenance work will be performed on the ITMC central ticket system during the period of June 27-29, 2023.

On 06/27/2023, the Matrix42 HelpDesk system will be unavailable from 9 a.m. to approximately 5 p.m.! Temporary restrictions are possible on the following two days.

After the maintenance work, only the new Matrix interface will be available, which can be found at https://m42wsm.itmc.tu-dortmund.de/wm/ can be reached!

Faults received during this period will be temporarily stored and transferred to the Matrix42 system after a successful update.
