[Update] Urgent maintenance work on the central Matrix42 database of the ITMC

[Update] Urgent maintenance work will be performed on the central Matrix42 database of the ITMC in the period from 04-05.10.2023. Affected systems are the Matrix42 ticket system, the Empirum software distribution, and the Fast Viewer Remote Session Tool.

On 10/05/2023, the listed systems will continue to be unavailable or only partially available in the period from 8 a.m. to presumably 1 p.m.! After that, temporary restrictions may occur in the mentioned period.

Faults received during this period will be temporarily stored and transferred to the Matrix42 system after a successful update.
