Maintenance work on the infrastructure of the ITMC's central ticket system

In week 03, maintenance work will be carried out on the infrastructure of the ITMC's central ticket system. On 13.01.2025 the Matrix42 HelpDesk system will not be available from 8 a.m. to approx. 5 p.m.! Temporary restrictions on the following day are possible.

Faults received during this period are stored temporarily and transferred to the ticket system after a successful update.
