End of support Cisco Jabber

Since 01.10.24 the ITMC recommends the use of Webex for software telephony and short messages. We would now like to announce the end of support for Jabber and the next steps:
  • From 27.11.24 Jabber will be removed from the autostart of end devices managed by the ITMC
  • Support for Jabber by the ITMC ends on 31.12.24
  • From 06.01.25 Jabber will be uninstalled from all end devices managed by the ITMC
  • On 31.01.25, the ITMC switches off the infrastructure components for Jabber
