Availability of the Service Desk at the end of the year
The ITMC Service Desk will be available for you throughout this year until the start of the company vacations on 24.12.2025. Only tomorrow, Thursday, 18.12.2025, the Service Desk and the telephone switchboard of TU Dortmund University will no longer be available due to an internal event from 1 pm.
We will be available for you again as usual from the first day after the company vacations on 05.01.2026.
The Service Desk team wishes you and your loved ones happy holidays and a healthy start to the new year.
