The ITMC Service Desk is the central point of contact for all questions relating to ITMC services.

Information and advice

We at the Service Desk will be happy to provide you with information and answer your questions directly if possible (first-level support). For further advice and assistance, your request will be forwarded to a responsible member of staff or a working group (second-level support).

    Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
