Short-term updates to the telephone system

We have to carry out short-term updates on our telephony servers on 23.01.2026. Unfortunately, we expect outages of telephony, the voice mailbox system and the telephone availability (2444) of the Service Desk and the TU Dortmund University switchboard.

The Webex chat function should be available at all times. You can use this to exchange information and, if necessary, switch to ZOOM for voice communication.

You can also reach the Service Desk as usual at any time by e-mail(service.itmctu-dortmundde).
