Isolated problems after Windows Update

Update:
A misconfiguration of the installed antivirus software caused the affected devices to malfunction after an update.
The error has now been fixed and the configuration has been corrected centrally.
If you continue to experience the problem, we recommend restarting the device in the internal TU Dortmund University network and waiting some time on the login screen before logging in again (up to 15 minutes).
The settings should then be corrected and normal use should be possible again. If this is not the case, please contact us for further assistance.
