Fault when connecting to database servers
This is currently directly visible:
- in the display of the person tiles and person search
- Registration for initial teaching internship
- Administration of internal training courses
- ExaBase - digital submission of theses
- Credit card portal
- Sending of mass mails
- digital student ID card
- digital card
- Confluence
and possibly other services.
The issue has been fixed and all services should be working again.
