Maintenance work on the central ticket system of the ITMC
On one of these days a system update will take place. It is expected that the Matrix42-HelpDesk system will not be available from 9 a.m. to about 5 p.m. The final date for this will be determined at the beginning of February and communicated separately.
After the maintenance work, only the new Matrix interface will be available!
Faults received during this period will be temporarily stored and transferred to the Matrix42 system after a successful update.
