The Sciebo integration for editing Office documents has been using Nextcloud Office (Collabora) as the standard editor since this month.
Collabora enables collaborative document editing together with other users in texts, tables and presentations. This enables efficient working without having to send files back and forth.
The old OnlyOffice integration can still be opened via the context menu (three dots) of a document for a transitional period in the coming months.
However, we strongly recommend that all editors of a document use the same editor when working collaboratively or in parallel, otherwise inconsistent data may occur within the documents or changes may not be displayed in real time.
