Maintenance work on the infrastructure of the central ticket system

On Monday, 19.01.2026, maintenance work will be carried out on the infrastructure of the ITMC's central ticket system. The Matrix42 HelpDesk system will not be available from 8 am to approx. 5 pm.

Temporary restrictions on the following day are possible.

Messages received during this period will be temporarily stored and transferred to the Matrix42 system after a successful update.
