(Solved) Login problems with software telephony via Webex

There are currently restrictions on the use of Cisco Webex. It is currently not possible to log in to the software telephony telephone services.

We are already working on a solution so that normal use should be possible again soon.

If you have any questions, please contact the ITMC Service Desk(service.itmctu-dortmundde).

 

Note: As far as we know, active sessions are still running.

It is therefore not advisable to log out if you are still able to use the software telephony.

 

Update from 09.10.2025: The fault has been rectified and registration in the telephony services is possible again.
