Automatic virus alerts from our anti-spam/antivirus email gateway

We are currently monitoring attack emails containing a virus called 'CXmail/MalHtm-L,' which purports to have been sent by you. Our antivirus mail gateway correctly detects these attacks, moves the emails to quarantine, and notifies you :

This automated message is intended to allow you to warn the sender that he or she is sending viruses. In this case, however, it is a wave of attacks that always lists your own email address as the sender. That is why the message may be somewhat confusing. If you are able to read an email header, you can easily see that the email actually originates from our email gateway.
You don’t need to take any action, as the wave of attacks has already been automatically blocked!
